Q) What Are Your Teaching Hours?
A) We are open Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Q) How many students are in a lesson?
A) All of our work is 1 on 1. We do not tutor in groups in any subject, including SAT/ACT prep. We are completely devoted to 1 on 1 tutoring for all subjects.
Q) Who are your tutors?
A) All of our tutors are specialized and experienced in their field. Some of our tutors are credentialed teachers, others are graduate students, others may be engineers or professionals. We provide a broad range of specialists and personalities to provide the best fit for each child and subject.
Q) What if my child doesn't like his/her program or tutor?
A) Students can change tutors, subjects, times or programs at any time. All of this is subject to availability.
Q) How much do children typically improve?
A) Students improvements are based on a wide array of factors including study habits at home, teacher involvement and flexibility, student comprehension levels and more. We do not guarantee any score or grade for any student. However, we are happy to provide general guidelines and best practices for academic and test taking excellence.
Q) How do I enroll my child?
A) Here at ALL, we strive to make enrollment as easy as possible. Simply give us a call and discuss your child’s needs with one of our staff. We can provide recommendations on the package of hours that is right for your family and get you started asap!
Q) Will my child have fun?
A) Success is always fun! Tutors are dedicated to making the educational journey and enjoyable one. Plus, with over 300 active students and 22 tutors they will surely see friends and other students while in our center. It is always fun to be in an environment where hard work and dedication is the cool thing to do!
Q) How far ahead do I need to book lessons?
A) That is up to you! You can book your sessions out over the course of the semester on an ongoing basis, or call us the same day when the need comes up. We are prepared for both and happy to help.
